I don't understand what relation integrity has with being fired while taking a dump...there is none...Its an unnecessary attack on Tillerson.

I do think Tillerson will go in history as the worst Secretary of State, and he may lack some integrity, but his speech was meant to address the man-child and the other republicans who have no integrity, or dignity left, take what is good about it without bashing it because there is no room for it in this case.

How would Kelly have known anyway? Tillerson was in Africa all week, and I believe he was in Kenya on Friday/Saturday. The African countries are all 4, 5 or 6 hours ahead of the Eastern US time zone. For all practical purposes a tweet is like an email - you know when you sent it, but you don't know when he's going to receive it or read it.

It just shows what an asshat Kelly is, because he knows Tillerson can't argue or disprove his statement.
