He can be a real joke sometimes but he knew the Donald and was able to get to his essence pretty quickly with that anecdote.

has been fascinating IMO. If I were Mrs. Letterman, I'd be "suggesting" Dave lose the beard, however, it doesn't detract from the quality of this series. They're just great.

for me the problem with the new show is that if the guest does not really appeal to me there is no reason to tune in
