Trump shows no interest in investigating Russia's meddling in our elections and their involvement in Trump's campaign. Really? They really can't figure that out?

Trump wants Russia's involvement in his campaign. The Republicans want Russia's money and help interfering with our elections, as long as they're helping Republicans win! If the Russians were helping the Democrats win they'd move heaven and earth to stop them. As it is, they see nothing, they hear nothing, and they speak nothing.

Trump and the Republican party are treasonous bastards. They've sold the United States out for their 30 pieces if silver and control of the government. For now. They think they can actually get control back from Russia, now that they've sold it. These guys are more stupid that anyone gives them discredit for. There is no getting control back from the Russians until they've thoroughly destroyed our Democracy, our economy, and our military.

They think Russia is their "friend" because they're helping them win elections?

4. I'm just not that confident in our future....

...and that includes the 2018 elections. We've seen some good movement, and we've gotten a few token wins...by default in some part (putting a pedophile up against a decent opponent in the reddest of red staates), but I'm not feeling so confident at all.

First, remember, these are republicons we are talking about. They CHEAT!! They LIE!! And they have NO CONSCIENCE whatsoever. They don't care about country, they don't care about you or me, they sure as hell don't care about "the least among us". They are selfish, deceptive, greedy, and angry. They will stop at nothing, and they have cards up their sleeves. We don't realize what those cards are ...yet, but they will show us soon enough, and then we will cry and kick and scream...to no avail.

"He has the lowest ratings..." Seriously? That's not what I've been reading. In fact, I've been reading his numbers are pulling ahead. His hard core Nazi party members are willing to die for this pig. He has them in such a stupor. It's as though they actually think they are "winning". It's a battle for the survival of the nation, and these idiots think we are on the right road, and we commie pinkos are out to destroy America, starting with kneeling for the national anthem, making police abide by the laws as protectors and servers to the public, granting abortions to every pregnant woman we can persuade to takes us up on it, granting asylum for rapists and murderers so they can go free willy at reaping carnage on society, taking away their guns....every last one of them and leaving them vulnerable to those rapists and murderers and MS 13 soldiers (that WE fucking created and then exported to destroy weak Central American countries), banning Christian life and importing as many Muslims - the majority who are on a mission to blow us up or mow us down in our shopping malls and churches.....and the list goes on and on. We are talking about frightened, ignorant, angry and die hard morons.....your brothers and sisters, and mine. Sweet Jesus....we are near the edge of the cliff, and these dumb asses are ready to take his hand and make the jump.

No...I'm not confident in 2018 elections AND our future. Although I will never throw my hands up and give up, I share your pessimism 100% - primarily because Republicans have access to unlimited funding, and in the most devious of ways.

If they didn't have that money and the support of hundreds of globalist billionaires, they would be relegated to the margins of our society. No political party could brainwash a substantial part of our society over a 40-year period without unlimited, mostly invisible funding.

And, the ultra-wealthy in all nations are more likely to support Republicans due to their free market beliefs.

Actually, the one that's always on top of the heap for me is Rupert Murdoch and his News Corp. It may be that this single individual has done more to damage our nation than any other because of 21 years of brainwashing our citizens. Blame our citizens for allowing themselves to become intellectually lazy, but there's no excuse for the non-stop lies and deception spouted every day by Fox, in concert with Limbaugh and hundreds of other right-wing talk radio programs.

Not much we can do about our free speech constitutional rights stabbing us in the back, but we can change the laws and get big money out of politics. Unfortunately, our citizenry does not recognized this urgent need, so there's little public will to demand it.

She asked "are we complicit?" and the answer is "YES", the media is complicit, they need to start ignoring his tweets and stupidities, trump without the media is nothing, the media just needs to report on the atrocities he commits everyday and nothing else, just leave the stupidity aside, stop trying to be "politically correct" it only leads to people not understanding the message.

I like the fact that Nicole used the word "lie" many times because there is no other way to say it, those who say "untruths" are just afraid to say it like it is, and we are at a junction where nothing can be tolerated anymore, all the accomplices need to be shown, and their shenanigans must be explained in detail for people to understand that the only reason for them doing it is because they are as involved with Russia as trump is, that is treason, there is no other way to call it.
