One side says we are the USA and we should adhere to what Americans want. That means all former military enemies to agree to end all hostilities against us in a treaty.
The other side says that we should be the first ones to enact peaceful relations with the former military enemy. Take the olive branch and extend it out to them.
Well I have nothing against the second way except for the fact we got no treaty, no promises of nothing and we are essentially where we were before the Big Summit took place.
Can somebody please explain to me WTF happened.
