Or its intent is to still hurt them by trump. How cruel . No member of Congress that isn't for getting this done now shouldn't work in our government anymore, trump included.

You may remember the name from when they were in the news for essentially stealing babies from African nations & Haiti in order to "save" them by placing them with "proper" white, conservative christian families.

And now they are handling more non-white children with no paper trail...
