7. Yes, there would have to be something like a complete hard drive wipe

that left no traces of his presidency. Then the White House will have to be scrubbed by one of those companies that cleans up after disasters (floods, murders, etc.). Everything he touched must be sanitized, autoclaved or destroyed; maybe they should wrap the whole place in one of those tents exterminators use, and fumigate it.
