I guess egg-scratchers in the sense of carving decorative patterns into egg-shells. But in german the meaning doubles as "female testicle-scratcher."

And it isn't german news. It's from the austrian outlet of the german TV-channel Sat1.

I love it...hope she doesn't have any repercussions from the station. ohh and with trumps picture there, I don't give a damn what she said, the point is made. I bet in private all world leaders at that NATO summit did the very same thing. He's such an embarrassment.
