Loony Louie probably does believe, but in general it's blatantly apparent that the pukes just want to repeat "Hillary" and "emails" in the same sentence, as many times as possible, to catapult the propaganda into the minds of the susceptible. Made up phony scandals just to poison the mindset of the populace. Goebbels would be proud.
