10. Well, the Apprentice TV show wasn't really about apprenticeship.

I mean, admittedly I don't have that much experience with it having watched only a partial episode one time.

But...based on that, I'd have to say Trump's TV show was about Trump. It had nothing to do with the systematic training of someone to do a specific job. In fact, to me, the whole 'Apprentice' name for that awful show belittled the hundreds of thousands of serious people who labor in actual, real apprenticeships each day - working with someone more experienced, learning on the job, and supplementing that with night classes.

Apprenticeships are actually one of the most effective ways someone can learn a set of skills - because they address all learning modalities.

All the 'contestants' on Trump's horrible show learned was how to undercut each other in order to please 'the Donald.'

Trump just makes me want to puke. God. The whole president thing is a big stressor for me and probably millions of other Americans. He calls it Trump derangement syndrome, but it is more about anxiety created by the uncertainty we feel as this nation slips down the slope into fascism and dictatorship.
