Although I listen to Mike as often as possible I haven't seen him for some time. Looks like this disaster is taking a horrible toll on him, he's aged decades in months. I hope his health is better than how he is looking, he has fought the good fight for so long.

1) Demand personal loyalty from all appointees.

2) Organize military parades and other choreographed shows of force.

3) Threaten to fire independent prosecutors.

4) Spread conspiracy theories about forces seeking to oust the tyrant.

5) View military leadership possessively ("my" generals).

6) Threaten to jail political opponents.

7) Exaggerate electoral mandate.

8) Stoke tensions abroad to distract from tyrant's efforts to consolidate power at home.

9) Circumvent independent press, communicating directly with their followers.

10) Vilify critical judges and legislators.

11) Raise specter of "massive" voter fraud, even with no evidence, to restrict voting by likely opponents in future elections.

12) Vilify ctitical journalists and media.

13) Repeatedly resort to the 'Big Lie' tactic, causing generalized doubt and promoting the belief of convenient fictions.

14) Blame economic problems on immigrants and other minorities, fometing hatred against them.

15) Theaten, and if possible implement, mass deportations and other human rights abuses.

16) Attribute acts of domestic violence to "enemies within" - resorting to false flag attacks if needed - to crack down on civil liberties.

17) Nepotism.

18) Generalized corruption and profiteering.

19) Alliances with foreign dictators and/or power groups, while shunning democracies.

20) Use of powerful propaganda arm to echo tyrant's opinions and desires.
