I've compared him with professional wrestling in the past - over the top and not credible to most people with higher reasoning capacity, but entertaining to some people (not me!) and actually taken seriously by a few.

There's a difference, though - when professional wrestlers issue "threats," they're against other professional wrestlers. Not against other people.

He is a sociopath inciting others to acts of violence. He's a very dangerous, sick man, and I would support any actions to take away his broadcast platforms. If he wants to say stuff like this, wandering around his local park, or distributing flyers door-to-door, or standing up and ranting at his local town meetings, fine. The local police can then arrest him and the county court can then determine if he is, indeed, trying to incite riots or acts of violence on a local level.
