That he'll be back on September 9th. It's been a pretty rough stretch with the late night comedians not on or in repeats (except for Bill Maher who won't be on this coming week).

Apparently, it's the luck of the draw. Skinner once answered that in AtA, he said it's "a glitch." So it just happens sometimes.
