It seems that they spend ten times longer on any topic than they need to. Why don't they just get to the point and report and analyze rather than all the hemming and hawing along the way.

I can only imagine their thinking as Napolitano is telling them how Republicans are just as beholden to the law as anyone else, and that it is a legit case.
