Don't they get tired of his shtick, and frankly a lot of Fox hosts, of asking a question and then spraying a diareha of insults a few seconds into the response by the guest? I suppose a lot just watch for this kind of blood sport, but surely there must be others that are frustrated with never being able to actually hear a complete answer.
