(22,768 posts)for more information to prove that Kavanaugh is not fit for a seat on the Supreme Court. Democrats want more information about Kavanaugh's interaction with Ms. Ford to prove that he is a liar and a rapist, not to delay the hearing. Please don't fall into the trap of accepting the frame the Retreadlicans are trying to put around the whole confirmation process. There are 100,000 documents that are entirely relevant to Kavanaugh's character and history that the Retreadlicans are holding back (hiding), and they have the nerve to charge the Democrats with delaying the process.
