Maybe we should just nominate women going forward and then we won't have to worry so much about sexual predators getting onto the court. (Much less chance anyway.)

Do you suppose that he’s been coached by Rudy Ghouliani?

Setting aside the volumes of lawyer jokes, Brat was scripted. Rehearsed. Prompted.

Not to mention all the other adjectives that have been posted here and elsewhere.

Nonetheless, the RepubliCONs on the committee are not only eating this up, but also feeding this composted bovine manure to the oh-so-angry (and hungry) base.

Get out the vote on November 6th!!

whiny little bitch. His wife looks like she does not believe him, either. The gop, for their unknown reasons, are determined to have this piss poor excuse for a judge, seated on the SC. Maybe, just as they chose their unqualified president, they have now picked their unqualified SC judge.

or indicted or whatever his eventual outcome is for his treasonous ways. Some of these GOP'ers think this little charade of his is going to last forever. It's not.

Hard to imagine more unprofessional pictures of a pubic man/figure that will last forever. Truly disturbing. Who can't imagine this man as a punk-ass angry teenager now after this disturbing display today.

Add that to the list of constitutional amendments we need.

Others include eliminating the electoral college, limiting campaign spending to something like .5% of median income per person per year, declaring that corporate person-hood doesn't include any political rights at all.

And changing the 2nd amendments to allow regulation of gun rights for private citizens.

This is not just about a filthy liar sex abuser of women, he will continue to decimate rights for all minorities including LGBT. He'll continue to prop up the rights of multi-nationals to pollute. Citizens United will not be deterred. Do you I need to go on? That is why the WSJ Editorial Board is endorsing him. He fits their priorities, all that crap about how they hate Trump is more bullshit than anything else. They're on board for much of his agenda.

I take issue with the idea we cannot exam how we decide on a justice and how long they serve.

What does the Constitution say about picking Supreme Court justices? Not much
2016

There have been contentious battles over Supreme Court vacancies before. But, still, the current situation created by the death of Justice Antonin Scalia and the announced intention of Senate Republicans to refuse to confirm any nominee to replace him until after the next election takes the country into uncharted areas.

Our government is beyond corrupt and much of the power to reset it is becoming more elusive.

Flake is confirming Kavanaugh. These "resistance" Republicans are nothing but liars.
