1. Women are our hero's

Showing so much courage now , and all women coming forward have shown us what real profiles in courage really is, Its not over yet, but the women are banding together more than they ever have , and coming forward exposing them , and will not be forced to stay quiet any longer . All men should show even more support for women now , and stand up against those that would rather oppress them , and strip them of their rights. Hopefully more women will come forward now to expose kavanaugh and trump and others in their party of what they're doing, and show their hypocrisy. It also shows we need a lot more women elected to office in our government, and the abuser supporters have no place in OUR government, or parties that support them. The gop are full of these people. Vote ! Thank You to the women standing up , and coming forward.

2. In the 60s it was known as Groupthink

I'd call it a bubble. Republicans exist in their own Fox News spaceship. They only read and listen to the accepted ideology, they only believe what they hear and read, they only talk to one another and demonize anyone who disagrees as the enemy, they have no interaction with the outside world. They may as well be mobile ideological agoraphobics. So yes if you can reach one who is grappling with the folly they live, you can shake their mental rigidity for an instant.
