He has held a slight lead since first polling. He was a very popular two-term governor. So far he has run a very good campaign.

Despicable group of Senators that were involved in this, sadly, including a Dem or two IIRC. HORRIBLE legislation, think it was signed by Obama come to think of it. The one's backing it had some twisted, lame excuse for why it was REALLY going to help the fight against opioids, when what it really did was gut the DEA's ability to go after the Big-Buck, Big-Pharma (and major campaign donating) Drug distributors.
