And how many people were in the car? Seems like there were 3 people. But the other 2 did nothing wrong that you could see from this tape.

It is common policy that the first thing an officer must do upon stopping anyone is to ask for their license for identification. Even the female passenger told the driver to show the officer his license. The driver created the whole problem here.

The driver had a right to know why he was pulled over. I've had a few traffic stops and have always been told why before handing over my license. This makes no sense to me.

There was no reason to pull him over . Cop was fishing , figured he might find something on this guy.

And I'm a middle aged blonde female, makes no difference. I know enough not to exacerbate the situation. And I've been pulled over for taking the wrong exit out of a gas station (didn't see the sign) and once I was stopped on my way home by two cop cars at once because I didn't realize that one of my headlights had gone out. I didn't get a ticket either time, I just say as little as possible and hope for the best.
