According to Malcom Nance, our intelligence agencies picked up the actual murder within hours, if not minutes of it occurring.

Doturd was informed almost immediately. Pompeo heard the tape. They are complicit in the cover-up. ANOTHER impeachable offence.

The only way Doturd was not aware is if the PDB was not written in crayon, so he was unable to comprehend it's contents.
