"If Only They'd Had An Armed Guard At Stoneman Douglas High, They Could Have Stopped The Shooter."

Oh, wait... They DID, and he DIDN'T.

Trump suggests the standard NRA line that an armed guard at the Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh, they could have stopped the shooter. 'The only thing that can stop a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun.'

I thought we TESTED that pathetic myth during the Stoneman Douglas High School shooting. They HAD an armed policeman on campus, and he was too scared to go inside and confront the shooter. And you know what? I don't BLAME him. He was badly outgunned. But, for blowing up the myth that an armed guard is the solution to mass shootings in America, the right wing noise machine vilified him for months.

However, regardless of the reason, that myth was TESTED, and proven FALSE.

the two officers as first responders were shot....so, I doubt a renta -a -cop with a gun would of matched the crazy guy with a assault weapon and multiple hand guns...

So, stupid or shall I say...he just runs his miuth pretending to sound concerned....

Oh wait, there were Secret Service agents all around, one of whom was shot. They did apprehend Hinckley after he emptied his gun, and they did it without firing a shot in return. Funny how things work in real life.
