who edits these? If I did, I would have made the interviewer look really bad, but it looks like someone did this the other way around. Ever take a photograph of someone in between blinks??? Exactly.

He does not speak for the students, just for what he believes the students should do. The difference is likely what lead to his "agreeing/disagreeing" bobble.
