Another symptom of abuse is diarrhea. Not long ago, his motorcade returned abruptly to the WH and he went back to the residence and cancelled everything on his calendar for the rest of the day. He must have thought it was just gas and thought he could sneak out a squeaker... but it turned out to be explosive diarrhea.
