8. Well just shy of three million actually

A popular vote margin of about 2%. Certainly nothing to sneeze at. It's amazing but not too surprising that many cocooned Trumpistas get a puzzled look whenever this gets mentioned.

10. At the risk of being accused of re-fighting the primaries, in response to your post:

Clinton 16,914,722 (56.2%)
Sanders 13,206,428 (43.8%)

+3,708,284

That's 12.4%

12. I see no arguments

for any item he discussed. Not one.

And I think we all agree that Trump must be defeated.

I fully support every word that came out of his mouth.

The bottom line for me, is "When is the hell are we going to vote for someone that will actually address all of US??" IE: Create policies that don't band aid issues, but will actually fix the issue. (The ACA comes to mind)

You cannot deny that Bernie has the most policies that support "all of US".

And therefore he will get my vote.

Note: It still blows me away that he collected over 10 million dollars from over 1 million individuals, in 1 week, from grass roots only, and is running, as advertised, as a democrat. No corporations. Period. That sure says a lot to me, and a lot of people.

Once this snowball starts to roll, look out. He will be hard to beat. I look forward to it.

13. "1 million" donations, not necessarily 1 million individuals.

17. Very true... just recently (here, in fact) I read someone's boast about having donated again...

... and again, and again. (Of course it was a "look-at-me" kind of vanity post... so over the top that I'm not even sure if it could be taken seriously.)

But, in any case, for reasons that remains unclear to me, there's supposed to be a value in making ten $27 donations rather than one $270 donation. Maybe it's a clever loophole way to get around whatever donation limits there may be. I don't know.

It's certainly not very economical since most credit card processors (even PayPal) charge a flat-minimum "transaction fee" (25-cents? 50-cents?) in addition a percentage of the transaction. So, by intentionally making multiple payments (when one would suffice) the donor is giving additional money (via minimum transaction fees) to the processor.

Not very smart, eh?

14. 100% agreed

Bernie's last campaign changed the entire democratic conversation about what was not only possible, but also necessary.

That's leadership.

15. Warren's a better candidate imho. Good at ideas AND solid policy proposals

Bernie’s a little lacking on the solid policy front.

Of course YMMV. Will be a great primary

16. An awful lot of the other candidates are singing Bernie's song. Why can't

we have the original? GO BERNIE!!

If Biden can be considered young enough to be eligible age-wise to run, so can Bernie. Just look at the schedule Bernie sets for himself. And--- he has written a new book recently called, I think, "Where do we go from Here?"
