AOC is one of the Democrats who can win....too bad she isn't on TV more often.

I don’t remember who it was, but some Democrats were talking about primarying her. They’re threatened by the fact that she actually has ideas when they’ve had none for decades. Their cushy jobs are threatened if voters start wanting people more like AOC and fewer like Steny Hoyer. I think AOC is doing a great job!

as much as she does, she's bound to make some missteps. She'll have some tough days ahead from something unforeseen. And the bright wick may burn out faster.

But nearly every time I see her, she's making sense and a pretty good argument (I don't always agree precisely but usually generally in spirit). if Democrats ran more candidates like her, they might have a 2/3rds majority. I think she's vibrant and makes enough good noise to kill some of the monotone drone of the old fogies around there. Order me up ten more of her to keep these folks moving and on their toes!

women. Many Democrats favor gently nudging the status quo, not making a ruckus, punting on third down. She presents a threat to all who would hold back and remain reserved.

9. AOC would have been a centrist Democrat back in the 60s/70s

But we've done such a hard right turn, formerly standard Democratic ideas now sound completely radical.

And the gop is laying the groundwork for a lifetime attack on her as they do with all women who threaten their old white male domination, ala Hillary, etc.

I think many Americans, red or blue can identify with a lot of what she is saying.
I'm sure FOX news and right wing radio are doing their death panel smears of her. But hopefully, the mainstream media will respect her right to articulate her views.

She speaks truth to power , and has a quick wit about her and common sense approach that will take her very, very far in this country's political future. That's scares trump and many republicans . They can't get their propaganda to work when someone presents the truth to them .

Rethugs are terrified of her becuase they know she is simply a better politician AND simply a better person than those fuckers are.

Sean Casten, a Dem from IL, at the end, was great too

15. TVA: 2018 is now the wettest year on record for the Tennessee River Valley
Wed Mar 27, 2019, 09:51 AM

This year is now the wettest year on record for the Tennessee River Valley area, passing the record set in 1973.

The Tennessee River Valley passed the record on Friday morning, according to Tennessee Valley Authority spokesman Travis Brickey. The 1973 record of 65.1 inches was previously the most amount of rain recorded for one year in TVA's 129 years of weather data, according to a TVA news release.

The Tennessee River Valley normally averages 51 inches of rain per year, according to the release.

And more rain is expected to fall by the start of next week.
