I'm a bit freaked out because I remember family members who said things like this when they were elderly and losing their minds.
I don't think it's a lie because Trump doesn't gain anything by saying this, he's not trying to score some point like with the rest of his lies. And he's done it three times since he's been the (p)resident.
And I think we (and the media) are so overwhelmed with the daily and fast-moving debacle of this presidency that the serious issue of whether Trump is mentally unstable is getting lost.

He was insane as he was riding down the escalator in 2015, trying to convince the gullible that he was descending from the heavens, and he aint got any healthier since.
The conversation between all sane people since has revolved around the central question of what a populace is to do when a madman seizes the reins.
