It will be 3 years in a row now that our life expectancy has gone down. That is unheard of. We pay the most for health care by far and the results don't show it. When someone wants to change our health care system everyone panics.

Some people pay for insurance but still can't afford health care due to unexpected bills.

those few areas where there is a large population that lives exceptionally long. It's an interesting book.

One of the things most, if not all, the areas have in common: the people eat little to no meat. (Most eat no meat; of the few that do, they may eat meat maybe once a year at a holiday village feast or something.)

The Seventh Day Adventists group in California is one of the Blue Zones. They don't eat meat, are exceptionally healthy, and live much longer than the ordinary American.
