Now, I'm hoping, beyond hope, that they get his returns, completely. And that they find criminal misdeeds, (although why wouldn't the IRS have actually audited and recommended charging him already then). And he is charged. (But how long through all the motions to dismiss, and the appeals etc...)
But its true what Kimmel is saying about the Democrats putting all their eggs in the slow steady and quiet movement through legal channels...I really hope Democrats in Washington realize that finding some legal faux pas means nothing, at least very little, to half of America. Because despite our best resisting efforts, Trumpism is now normalized to a big degree already.

None of those groups care a wit if he was Charles Manson himself. In fact if he were they'd say GREAT, at least someone is showing those Hollywood actors and elites what's what!
Democrats in Washington, especially those in leadership positions, need to wake the f up. Legality, criminality, especially if it is clouded by a constant "He did this...No I didn't ....yes he did......no I didn't, they did....what the f... etc..." does not matter as much as the POLITICS. The perception. The fight you show. The passion. Don't hesitate to call him a traitor. Don't wait until it can be proven unequivocally, 10 years down the road, that he was/is a traitor, or even if it can never be actually proven in court......show some, dare I say, showmanship.
Trump has turned US politics into one giant reality TV show. It does no good to decide you will not accept that fact, and go on with your 'business as usual' approach thinking you are living in the 80's. Mueller also worked quietly behind the scenes, no leaks, very efficient. After it came out, it only took a matter of days for Trump and Barr to at least cloud the findings, and convince over 90% of Republicans that he was found totally innocent. Technical legality does not matter!!!!! At least not to the degree we think. The R's learned from the Nixon event. This time, stick together, circle the wagons, admit nothing, and always back the President.
