It's not the worst I've seen, but it's bad enough. It shows a decline from 1.09 million to 0.45 million, or a decline of 58%.
The narrator exaggerates the exaggeration even further by claiming the decline is 88%. Ask our free market ass-hole friends why they love the non-competitive world of taxi medallions and want to legislate Uber out of existence.
