"They were installed for historical purposes", he said. What an understatement. I don't think he would have been sitting there in the first place if it weren't for Sen Ervin telling his aide that he would have the sheriffs arrest him and then he was hustled right out of the barber's chair where he was having a haircut and right into giving testimony.
