My neighbors on both sides have landscapers who use them every week -- blasting my household! So annoying!

Have you ever swept a long driveway @ the end of the day.
Yes, they are noisy and they do pollute but they do a great job of cleaning things up.
I can see having a time limit on when they can be used but somebody should stick
their hand into a barberry and put out the leafs and litter before they pass these
stupid laws.
