I think donnie bone spurs might actually get a "satisfactory" rating on that metric when his has his next performance review with Vlad. It won't merit a "fully successful" rating until the dollar is actually destroyed.

6. "This anti-immigration thing has gone way too far"

"This anti-immigration thing has gone way too far," Kudlow said. "For example, Donald Trump is blaming the government of Mexico several times for sending us these terrible people. First of all, the government of Mexico has nothing to do with sending us anybody."

"It's not the government of Mexico, let's remember this before we get so protectionist, the United States and Mexico have very close relations," he continued. "They're an important partner. They are our second biggest export market, right? Our third biggest trading market after Canada and Japan and China rather. And literally, literally millions of Americans go to Mexico for tourism and vacation and millions of American retirees live in Mexico because it's cheaper and rather pleasant."

"How's this guy going to negotiate with anybody, whether it's China, whether it's Vladimir Putin, whether it's the mullahs. He can't even get the story right on Mexico. He can't even distinguish between the good and bads on Mexico."

This country will be in so much disarray we won't recognise it...not to mention that he is starting to act like a dictator. Bill Maher is correct in saying he may not want to leave office...if he loses or if he wins. After all, to leave would mean prison for him.

14. "Another" reputation ruined?

I think the famed voodoo economist and cocaine addict took care of his reputation years ago.

“...the Left has demonized Trump’s cabinet appointees as a terrible group of successful business people, free-market capitalists such as myself regard this group as very good indeed.

Why shouldn’t the president surround himself with successful people? Wealthy folks have no need to steal or engage in corruption. Their business success demonstrates that they know how to achieve goals and convince skeptics that good deals can be made to the benefit of both sides. Isn’t this just what America needs?”
- Kudlow, 24 December 2016, in The National Review (motto: "Remember when we were against Trump? No? Good.)

And using tariffs as a weapon to businesses , industries, and against countries , and to create propaganda with to claim he's fixed it all, when the truth is he hasn't. He's causing a future recession and maybe worse with what he's doing. He'll first try to hide the economy's starting to slow down, when it is, then eventually he'll start blaming others for it, then he will again claim he is the only one who can fix it. That's what con men and bad used car salesmen do. The gop learned nothing from the Mid terms disaster for them. 2020 will be much , much worse than the Mid terms were. Lets hope the gop realize soon he must be removed from office or they too will be bypassed and ignored from another trump loophole making them powerless.
