Did anyone see Joe Scar nearly have a nervous breakdown interviewing Jim Himes of CT today?

Himes just stood there and took it rather well. Joe was yelling about Congress doing something about Trump when there is ample evidence to work off of.

Even Mika seemed to try calming him down.

I'm actually kinda glad Joe did that. I feel his frustration bigly...
