2. He always wakes us up to something horrifying that's going on!

He seems to manage to inform us while being laugh-out-loud funny at the same time - he's a rare talent.

3. I've used compounding pharmacies in the states

and kinda miss the hormone creme that I used to get. Shame that they aren't regulated well and even if they were, they don't have enough inspectors per state to actually do the job! WTF!

Anyway, the stars at the end were hysterical. Thanks for sharing!

4. I only had experience with one once - and it was for my dog!

They seemed very detail oriented, but for some reason I didn't end up getting medication from them. I'm guessing that not all of them are like John describes - yet this is something, like so much of what he brings up, that we hadn't considered before!

5. yeah, I never had a problem

but I used the pharmacy my Naturopathic MD used. I used them for about 3 yrs and never had a problem. Now that I'm abroad, it's just too expensive to ship it here.

6. Ah! Yes, my vet recommended this one for my dog

It was quite awhile ago, but I remember they were very thorough with their questions. And I'm sorry that you don't have access to the pharmacy that you're used to. I'm like that, as well - I get certain things at certain places and it would be a big adjustment anywhere else.
