Jane Fonda, Ted Danson At Fridays For Future Climate Rally, Washington DC

Oct. 25. For the last three Fridays Jane Fonda has attended rallies in Washington, DC, which she calls "Fire Drill Fridays."

The acclaimed actress has temporarily moved to the area in order to join weekly events through the month of January. Bravo!

1. What happens after they've been arrested?

I presume they're removed from the scene and "processed and released" elsewhere. Do they have to come to court? Do they just pay an "instant on the spot" fine or penalty ...and go on their way?

I was happy to see that the DC police didn't cinch-tight Jane Fonda's zip-tie cuffs. Looks like she's just wearing them as symbolic handcuffs... going along with the process and not resisting... they appear to be loose enough that she could easily slip out of if she needed to.

in advance and I think they meant for protest/arrest. But I don't know for sure. All I got.
