Mock: to ridicule by mimicry of action or speech; mimic derisively.

Why is it not: "Other world leaders comment on Trump being 40 minutes late because he wanted to do an unscheduled presser"?

You know, kind of like how any group would act if a meeting was called and a prominent and essential participant made them all wait 40 minutes +.
