The video seemed reasonably accurate based on what I have read elsewhere.
However, usage of "Democrat" as an adjective is not just bad grammar, it is like nails on a chalkboard. It is also a signal to me, and I expect to others, that the person using it is likely uneducated, an extreme right winger, a virulent Trump supporter, or possibly all three.
