Mr. Hyde, but it’s worse. Something must be done to remove Barr for dereliction of duty at the minimum. I’m not sure of the exact procedure but there must be some way to remove a public official, rather than impeachment, for incompetence. I know the Var Association is looking at his conduct. As an attorney, I know if I had done anything close to what Barr has done, and failed to do, I would have been disbarred a long time ago.
