the other side wins. It's a strategy in some states to force the issue to a higher court, it's like saying, "Yeah, so what?"

The Trump Sham Trial (TST) also reminds of a nolo contendre plea. We don't contest it, we have the votes to ignore it.

Rigged trial, rigged jury.
