I got to meet him once..along with his now EX-Wife. They were lovely, I was very impressed.

2. Oh, that is very cool! He is quite a celebrity and is a very proactive governor!

Years ago I met the governor of Vermont when my brother was in school there - looked him up recently and it turns out he was a Republican, but he was a nice guy.

3. My first ex posure to him.

He is great! Appreciate his environmental policies AND his willingness to fight for clean air, clean water, and effective management of forests. If/ when he runs for president, he would have my vote.

4. Thing is, with a budget surplus, Newsom CAN afford to pay for subsidized housing for the homeless.

There's land, there are buildings to buy, and there's money.

CA can afford to fix this problem.

I love this governor, but wouldn't call his approach aggressive.
