2. Me, too.

Glad you asked, because I asked myself that and thought a bit about it before doing it.

So I'll tell you this: Nothing and everything. I put MMM up when we were opining on the Millennial turnout in 2020, kicking around ideas about them.

'Nothing,' for more reasons than I can think of, but a few are...

-- music is personal

-- music gives left brain relief; also lowers elevated hormones during all the left brain activity here;

-- music promotes heart and right brain emotional flow, even if the music is bouncy

-- the audience here is not predominantly millennial, from what I've gathered (I could be wrong), but what the hell... it's for anyone, really

'Everything,' for more reasons, some personal and/or political, some not ...

-- my son is a Millennial DJ who weekly streams live, three-hour music shows, and posts music everyday, so I pass only a bit of that along to anyone -- boomers, gen-x'ers, millennials -- here who might like it. He got most of his exposure to music and politics from me, anyway, though he's taken off in new directions I enjoy being exposed to. So there's that.

-- my father was a jazz drummer; my daughter was the first white singer to be accepted into the U of Illionois (Champaign) Gospel Choir; she was a front singer in three bands in Chicago over nine years(Metro, House of Blues, etc) ; my husband and son play piano; my grandson plays drums and has performed at Chicago's Metro

-- I know Millennials who like 95% of what I like, which includes old American rock days along with today's bleeding edge stuff; and I like 95% of music that Millennials like. I know a lot of Millennials because I raised one, taught, and generally hung out with Millennials for 35 years. Still do.

-- I want Millennials in the Democratic Party, to like DU ...

It's just an outreach gesture, is all.

It's just my wanting to share with anyone here, really.

Both of my sons play with groups that do this kind of music and they are of all ages.

I do appreciate your intention though. We do skew very old, me included in that bunch.

Who cares about age in music, right?

Millennials have a whole world of music to listen to these days, and they're so open to all of it.

6. Don't know. He is with the ones I know. The Millennial music world is so huge, I doubt any one

kind of music is particularly popular, from the range of Millennial interests I've seen.

to my father, who exposed us to everything from blues to jazz, folk to classical, Indian ragas to Venezuelan aguinaldos when I was growing up. I love the infinite variety and genius of music and musicians.

8. Me, too. Thanks to my parents and all kinds of music I got to hear from the 50's onward.

Then a year of exposure to pre-release music when married to an all-night DJ on a Tallahassee radio station -- all kinds, jazz, folk, classical, R & B, rock, and global music from lots of countries.

Hours of my every day are spent under headphones.

I wonder if the title is meant to echo the movie...

Nah, it was probably too early for his time... still... Bruce Lee was hella popular ... just sayin'.

12. Hypnotic. Thank you. Hearing this, I know I've not heard as much of Washington as I could.

It's much louder than before
Can you hear me?
Who were we before?
It's much louder than before
When we lived 10 thousand lives?
Can you hear me?
I would like to know
It's much louder than before
All the secrets of our tribes
Can you hear me?

Mountains of gold (It's much louder than before)
Diamonds and pearls
Where will we go?
I guess it's all that we know (Can you hear me?)
Arrows and bows (It's much louder than before)
Gunshots in the snow
Where will we go?
I guess it's all that we know (Can you hear me?)

Only thing we learned from history class
Nah, we ain't learned from the past
Build it up, burn it down, leave it as ash
Build it up, burn it down, build it up, burn it down
Damn, man, it turns into a reason to laugh
Think about the cats leading the pack
At least half got
Clapped, scrapped, meeting they match

Slow down, no numbers, don't believe in the facts
That I spew when I'm reading these raps
All I know is what I see, I'm seeing bridges get burned
And then I see lessons get learned after that
On a smaller level out in Parkchester in the six just skipped
Thinking last time I ditched my chick
Man, it really ain't shit as big as the bridge
But goddamn, man, this cycle is sick
Goddamn, man, this cycle is sick
Goddamn, man, this cycle is sick, ya heard?

We'll spread the love that we all deserve
Chasing this global pain undisturbed
We'll have faith
It's much louder than before
What comes around, goes around someday

Mountains of gold (It's much louder than before)
Diamonds and pearls
Where will we go?
I guess it's all that we know (Can you hear me?)
Arrows and bows (It's much louder than before)
Gunshots in the snow
Where will we go?
I guess it's all that we know

It's much louder than before
Can you hear me?
It's much louder than before
Can you hear me?
It's much louder than before
Can you hear me?
