We know he is mentally ill. We know he has vast gaps in basic knowledge. But somehow he keeps managing to surprise.

We have tested about 0.3% of our residents. Dismal.

The leaders, WA and NY, have tested about 1% of the residents of their states.

Then we have TX (0.15%) and other states similarly struggling to increase testing capacity.

Colossal failures in the first, most critical weeks, have left states scrambling to deal with the fallout.
