Mythbusters did that test enough years ago that it should be universal among adults and nearly so among school age kids. Infant, toddlers and preschool kids need to stay home if they're sick enough to cough or sneeze.

last time i took a long walk some twit on a bicycle passed too close, huffing and puffing with a big dumb grin on her face with the whole road available to her

btw if you do a 10ft diameter circle in 4 secs you can do 1.8 miles in 20 mins. change direction every 5 mins to balance. faster tighter circles is more like skating - and a lot less pounding than regular jogging, running

2 chairs etc makes a figure 8 and a fair bit more work.

...I have always been creeped-out when someone in the theater - especially behind me - started coughing.

I may never go back to a theater again after this.
