(204,782 posts)I really think he's finding his stride, doing the show from home.

(111,963 posts)I was never a fan of his and at this point it seems like Moore is not very supportive of Biden. I wouldn't be surprised if Michael Moore votes for the Green Party candidate if the Green Party candidate can gather enough signatures on petitions to qualify for the ballot in Michigan.

(204,782 posts)Since he and his partner figured that theaters wouldn't be reopening anytime soon, they decided to offer it for free in time for Earth Day (today), and the link was available in the Colbert description, so the movie is right there on the post!
And I can't see him voting for a third party candidate. I still remember when, back in the day, both he and Bill Maher actually got down on their knees on Bill's show to beg Ralph Nader not to run again. I think he learned his lesson after that mess of an election - and this time it would be an unimaginable horror. After the last nightmare, he's got to know we need every single vote to thoroughly eradicate Trump!

(111,963 posts)Michael Moore may decide in the end to vote for Biden, but a lot of his commentary thus far is too critical of Democrats when we know who the real enemy is. Moore's criticism of Democrats might be enough to sway voters away from voting for Biden (particularly the youth vote, although I'm at a loss as to why they would listen to a 65 year-old white man). While some may point out his criticisms are meant to be constructive, there is enough of an edge that they can be twisted easily as destructive criticism instead. If Moore feels compelled to criticize Democrats, then I hope that he waits until after Election Day.
