Since there is supposed to be a second wave, it's probably best to get going early before the second wave starts to kick in come Oct. Nov. Something he doesn't mention. But we will need to see where cases are come July.

I would think 3-4 weeks before normal start would work. On the other hand I don't think we will be ready then.

When I was a kid school started after labor day. It starts in the middle of August in most places any more.

I mean technically it is, but the magic is over by then.

4. Depends on where you live.

Here in New York it's still the beginning of September, but apparently in other states where it's much warmer, the school year starts in August.
