regional coordination -- who, how, how often
correct political analysis that slams feds who won't fund the greatest good for the greatest number;
correct attitudes required to stay constant in our commitment toward fellow Americans -- staying New York Tough for them, thanking our essentials by doing, seeing Americans as honorable, kind, giving and courageous, and finally,

Constancy. He's there for us every day. Every day.
