And it is not his fault. He is not the Joe Biden we know when he has to reach out to the people on a platform like this video. Where are the professional media people that the rich guys promised in the primaries. They need to stop calling these videos a virtual rally. Even though they added the "virtual" in the caption people are still going to subconsciously compare it to one of Trumps extravaganza rallys.

My suggestion to Joe would be to use the current "stay at home" policies to his benefit. Until he can get out in the public and talk direct to the people (which he is very good at) he should start doing something like FDR's fireside chats. In addition to his own family he could have 2 or 3 of those political types that are in this video drop by for a quick visit (keeping social distancing rules,) Have some family members of a victims of the Conavirus sit on a sofa across from him They could swap stories about losing a loved one and Joe would give them a pouring of Uncle Joe empathy we all love about him. Then let the public compare his "chat" with one of Trumps vitriolic rants at one of his rallies.

Just get him in a comfortable setting and let him be Joe. They might have to strap him to the sofa to keep him from jumping up and giving the grieving family a big hug. That kind of a show would draw him more votes than any rally will draw new voters to Trump.
