More than other TV former prosecutors, I trust this man completely. He has an earnestness that convinces. He leaves no stone unturned. Wish he would be AG in 2021. That should keep many of us going.

of today's case, in my view, will be a hearing with dismissal 'with prejudice' because it allows things to be taken up again, though unexplained is whether Trump can pardon someone whose charges are dismissed. If he sentences Flynn, Trump will pardon him. So steering a middle ground by cooperating with Barr's DOJ is a kind of way of "letting the crooks run" until a later date. They do it all the time.
