Elementary school gym, 1957 or 58. Folding tables lined with rows of white squares. First time I'd ever seen, much less eaten a sugar cube. Had no dot. Did I get a placebo? Never did trust that "county nurse".
Amazingly, 15 years later I had reason to meet her again and she hadn't changed in appearance even one bit. I think she was Garp's mother or something.

Cheeto, as you know, has been hoarding tests, PPEs and medical supplies to later dole out to crony governors - while cravely denying it to states whose governors aren't quite as flattering.

It's 3rd world despot behavior - like so much of what we've seen from him since before he even took office.
