2. It is encouraging to hear from someone actually familiar with SCOTUS and the Constitution tell it.

Instead of a laboured and entirely speculative commentary from some hair-do wanna-be 5-second headline type.

It is tiresome in the extreme to listen to the on camera air heads pretend to enlightened thought and endlessly spin yet another ungrounded interpretation fed by the "inside sources" they often claim to hear from. This is not rant. I am so sick of the MSM spokes-models who get it wrong and continue to "normalize" our situation. IMO we really need a new set of game shows so that lot can have real jobs instead of pretending to do journalism.

Yes there are real journalists in the world but for the most part the MSM is much happier to sell rumour and melodrama and thereby please the advertisers. They will do almost anything at times to avoid making remarks which lead to genuine thought. An audience educated to the facts and their real context is a dangerous thing when it comes to selling soap, or cars, or persuading them to take on yet more absurd levels of personal debt.

4. I remember when President Obama advised not to watch cable news and I wondered why. I sort

of enjoyed it, wasn't really following politics that much. Now, of course, I understand, always remember him saying that.
